General things you can try to do


If it is hardware related
(e.g. display not functioning, cannot start computer etc.)
If it is software related
(e.g. program not launching, issue with program functionality etc.)
Try restarting your computer (If it has been started)
Remove and plug in again any cables or re-install computer parts, make sure they are installed properly End the program in Task Manager and re-launch the program
If you have backup computer parts, try testing with one part each to try and isolate the faulty hardware Clear temporary files
(Using a cleaning software, e.g. CCleaner; or manually deleting the temp folder)
Make sure that sufficient power is supplied to all parts Try searching Google for the problem you've faced
Consult knowledgeable friends or trusted computer repair shop technician.
